So my mom was in a cooking mood today and she decided that she would try and tackle cream cheese ragoons. This is how they came out:
If you want to know what’s inside it besides cream cheese, I’ll have to kill you. Just kidding. It is very simple to make. Just mix some cream cheese with crab, green onions, and cilantro. If you would like, add a dash of salt to enhance the flavor of the crab. Once your mixture is ready, wrap them with wonton wrapper and pop them into the frier until they’re golden brown. Keep an eye on them because you don’t want to over fry them because the wonton wrapper will brown too much and the dish will look less appetizing. I highly suggest serving them with some sweet chili sauce on the side. This dish has everything! It has carbs from the wrapper, veggies from the green onions and cilantro, dairy from the cream cheese, and some protein from the crab. Also this dish is kind of sweet, kind of salty, really creamy, and really crunchy.
